After launch, first cleans are charged at about double the regular price, because windows that haven't been cleaned in a while take longer.
What you get
Every clean, done the same careful way
Pure water, no ladders
Purified water and a water-fed pole, used from the ground. No ladders against your house, and no streaks left on the glass.
A text the day before
So you always know when we're coming.
A photo after every clean
Sent to you when we finish, so you can see the job is done.
No need to be home
Everything we clean is outside. Carry on with your day.
Gated homes are fine
Share your gate code or access details once. We keep them on file for your cleans.

Questions
Good to know
When do I pay?
Not until after your first clean. Joining the waitlist is free and we never ask for card details. Once cleaning starts, you pay by direct debit after each clean.
What if it rains?
Light rain is fine. We rinse with pure water, which leaves nothing behind on the glass. If the weather is too poor to do a proper job, we move your clean and text you the new day.
Do I need to be in?
No. We only clean outside, so you can be at work or away. You'll get a text the day before and a photo when we're done.
What about gates?
Gated homes are fine. Add your gate code, side gate details or anything about dogs in the access notes on the form. We keep them on file and only use them for your cleans.
How do I cancel?
Send us a message and we'll stop your cleans. There's no contract, and you can cancel any time.
Who does the cleaning?
A vetted, insured local cleaner working to Canny Windows NE's standards, with photos checked on every job.
